ADM Youth Football Organization
It is the mission of the ADM Youth Football Organization to provide a positive introduction into the game of football. The organization will provide a comprehensive program based on the core values of age appropriate coaching and encouragement including a focus on the fundamental skills of football. It will be conducted in a family friendly environment that always emphasizes “putting the kids first”.
Participation in the program will result in an experience that enriches our children’s lives by building character and work ethic while reinforcing positive self-image and sportsmanship. Our community's children will also grow in social skills such as teamwork, cooperation, communication and discipline.
The organization will work hand in hand with ADM’s middle school and high school to promote continuity through different age levels in order to provide our young men the opportunity to show our community their level of commitment and integrity throughout their ADM football careers.
